Spend your day on the beach just across the street or relaxing at the resort’s heated pool and hot tub. In the evening, unwind inside with a cozy fireplace, smart TV, and comfortable sleeping space.

This studio is ideal for couples, friends, or small families looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near the beach.

THE SPACE

The studio accommodates up to 4 guests.

Sleeping arrangements include a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa.

The unit features a private balcony overlooking the surrounding nature area, offering a quiet and relaxing view away from the busy main strip.

Inside the condo you will find a smart TV, electric fireplace, and a kitchenette equipped for simple meals. The kitchenette includes cookware, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, blender, a two-burner cooktop, and two refrigerators. Please note there is no oven.

The unit also includes a full bathroom with hairdryer, iron and ironing board, digital keypad entry, and linens and bath towels for indoor use. Guests should bring their own beach towels.

There is no washer/dryer in unit (paid laundry located on 1st floor of building). Unit includes a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, shampoo, and one set of linens and bath towels.

LOCATION

Origin Resort is located in a central area of Panama City Beach.

The beach is located directly across the street, with several beachfront restaurants nearby.

Pier Park, the area’s main shopping and entertainment district, is less than one mile away and offers restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and attractions.

PARKING

One of the advantages of this unit is that parking is included.

Guests receive two parking passes, allowing parking for up to two vehicles during the stay.

There are no additional resort or parking fees.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Maximum occupancy is four guests.

Pets are not allowed in the unit or resort.

Smoking is not permitted inside the unit.

Parties and events are not permitted.

Guests must wear resort wristbands while on the property. Wristbands cannot be loosened once tightened.

Violation of resort rules may result in removal from the property without refund.

STARTER SUPPLIES

A starter set of supplies is provided including toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, and shampoo. These items are intended to last for the first day or two of your stay.

Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies if needed.

Beach towels are not provided.

EARLY CHECK-IN

Early check-in may be available depending on cleaning schedules for a $50 fee. Please contact the host in advance to inquire. Late check-out is not available.

WILDLIFE NOTICE
Florida’s warm coastal climate supports wildlife such as geckos, lizards, mosquitoes, and other insects. Occasionally insects may enter if doors are left open, which is common in beach environments.
