ALL 5\* REVIEWS . BRING YOUR BOAT until Memorial Weekend. Super nice & clean 1/1 with bunks in the hallway. This is a family friendly small complex right on the water. It is walkable to many restaurants, such as the famous Captain Andersons. Walk to Pontoon, jet ski rentals and dolphin tourist attractions. It's also near St. Andrews State Park and 1/2 mile to the sugar sand beaches. Enjoy a nice breeze off of the water on your large balcony with a gas grill. This unit is completely remodeled with coastal decor and a fully stocked kitchen. Linens are provided and 2 large flat screens with basic cable and ready to stream your favorites. The pool is just steps outside. 2nd story view, only accessed by stairs. We were very happy to have found this lil gem! The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable, fully stocked with everything we needed through out the week. The bed was very comfortable!! Which is a big deal when coming back exhausted from a long day at the beach 😊 I'm so glad there were beach supplies available ( chairs, umbrellas, kids toys, etc.. ) The kids loved the pool and fishing by the dock. The sunsets by the back deck are stunning! St. Andrew's state park is less than 5 minutes down the street. Restaurants and grocery stores also in very close proximity. Kimberly was very nice, and very easy to communicate with. If you're considering visiting the area but want to avoid the crowded strip and still be near the beautiful emerald green waters, this is definitely a great place to stay!
