THE SPACE
As you enter the property through the courtyard gate and begin the ascent up the stairs to the carriage house you will surely notice the serene quietness and beautiful natural green foliage that surrounds the home. You will enter the carriage house from the wrap-around porch which is lined with windows. The windows of the carriage house allow for as much or as little natural lighting as you desire. For your convenience, each of these windows is fixed with blinds to add a level of privacy as you want it. Upon stepping into the space you will undoubtedly be greeted by the warm sunlight peeking through the windows, the loveliness of the decorations that fill the home, and the cozy furnishings for you to rest on. The ambiance of this home possesses both charm and grandeur.
The layout of the main chamber is the kitchen, dining, and living space in the southern portion of the home. At the same time, the plush king-sized bed, television, and storage space for your belongings are in the north. The full-sized bathroom is just off the kitchen and is equipped with a large tile shower, vanity and sink all behind a pocket door. The shiplap-lined bunk room offers additional sleeping space with two twin beds and a closet as an added benefit. The home is filled with beautiful hardwood floors throughout.
The full kitchen is provided with a stainless steel oven, gas top range, white quartz countertop, and a detached island with sink and seating accommodating four. Cooking and dinnerware needs are also provided for during your stay. The living chamber is just off the kitchen and features an adorned table and a lavish white linen couch. This area is perfect for your morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine and a good book. The main sleeping area comes with cozy linens that make late mornings so enticing as well as a television for those late-night movies. This section of the studio also features a dresser and clothing rack for your personal belongings.

LOCATION
Step outside and find everything in Rosemary within a couple of minutes. Go south to the beach, north to the workout facility and tennis courts, east to the pool, or west to restaurants and shopping. Spend the morning at the beach, stop by the pool, grab some lunch or coffee in Rosemary Town Square, and take the kids down the street to one of several grassy green spaces or neighborhood playgrounds. Most everything in Rosemary is within a short five-minute walk. Be sure to check local bulletins for community events and gatherings.

- NO events or parties are allowed at this property! If we find that guests hold a party without the host's permission, additional cleaning fees will be assessed, guests will be asked to immediately vacate the property.
- There is to be NO smoking inside OR on the exterior property of this home. Any sign of smoking anywhere on this property will result in cleaning fees and will be taken out of your deposit.
- Please do not re-arrange the furniture. This could result in damages and additional charges.
- NO illegal drugs or firearms on the property.
