From the tiled full bathroom, accommodating kitchen, and living chamber, to the comfortable king-sized bed, bunkroom, and wrap-around porch, this welcoming home promises to meet your vacation needs. The superb neighborhood of The Beach House Carriage allows you and your family to always be within walking distance of nearly every need that may arise. If you are looking for a pool or a beach, a restaurant or a shop, a social gathering, or an intimate moment, the location of this home offers them all. The only difficulty of this home is deciding what you are going to do first! THE SPACE As you enter the property through the courtyard gate and begin the ascent up the stairs to the carriage house you will surely notice the serene quietness and beautiful natural green foliage that surrounds the home. You will enter the carriage house from the wrap-around porch which is lined with windows. The windows of the carriage house allow for as much or as little natural lighting as you desire. For your convenience, each of these windows is fixed with blinds to add a level of privacy as you want it. Upon stepping into the space you will undoubtedly be greeted by the warm sunlight peeking through the windows, the loveliness of the decorations that fill the home, and the cozy furnishings for you to rest on. The ambiance of this home possesses both charm and grandeur. The layout of the main chamber is the kitchen, dining, and living space in the southern portion of the home. At the same time, the plush king-sized bed, television, and storage space for your belongings are in the north. The full-sized bathroom is just off the kitchen and is equipped with a large tile shower, vanity and sink all behind a pocket door. The shiplap-lined bunk room offers additional sleeping space with two twin beds and a closet as an added benefit. The home is filled with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. The full kitchen is provided with a stainless steel oven, gas top range, white quartz countertop, and a detached island with sink and seating accommodating four. Cooking and dinnerware needs are also provided for during your stay. The living chamber is just off the kitchen and features an adorned table and a lavish white linen couch. This area is perfect for your morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine and a good book. The main sleeping area comes with cozy linens that make late mornings so enticing as well as a television for those late-night movies. This section of the studio also features a dresser and clothing rack for your personal belongings. Additional features of the home include the courtyard area which makes for a perfect outdoor dining experience or star-gazing escape all while in the cover of the lush foliage. Go south to the beach, north to the workout facility and tennis courts, east to the pool, or west to restaurants and shopping. Spend the morning at the beach, stop by the pool, grab some lunch or coffee in Rosemary Town Square, and take the kids down the street to one of several grassy green spaces or neighborhood playgrounds. Most everything in Rosemary is within a short five-minute walk. Be sure to check local bulletins for community events and gatherings. The additional master bedroom, three guest bedrooms, three full bathrooms, half bathroom, full kitchen, outdoor shower, and two extra sets of washers and dryers add arrangements to sleep a total of 14 guests in 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms for the ultimate family beach vacation. So close to all the shops and restaurants. Very comfortable for our weekend stay. Thanks for hosting our family. We did feel like the space could use a little love and refreshing. The toilet needs replacing, the shower doors are broken, the cooking utensils are all plastic so not the best it you plan on cooking at all and most of the flatware for eating is rusted. In comparison to the spaces we have stayed at on 30A over the years, this one could really use an overall deep cleaning and it would do wonders for it. ##### Elise S. It was very close to the beach and town center in Rosemary. It was clean, and the kitchen was stocked with basic utensils and supplies. Check-in was easy. The downsides would be parking because there is not an assigned spot. We often had to drive around and park several blocks away. If you have young children, the outside stairs were narrow and steep, and the plant is covering a good bit of the width of the staircase. Also, everything is stored low (knives, bleach, etc...). ##### Johanna N. We had a great stay at this place! It was a perfectly located property—right in the heart of everything! We were able to walk almost everywhere. Check-in was easy, because the property management communicated instructions in advance. We had a little trouble with the door lock at first, but it was smooth sailing once we figured it out. Street parking was convenient, the WiFi was strong, and the decor was absolutely charming! The TV could use a bit of an upgrade, but overall, we loved our stay. We stayed at this carriage house for a wedding with our almost 3 year old daughter. It was perfect! The location was walkable to everything (even for a toddler), it was very clean, well appointed, and very cute. My daughter loved the bunk beds and cant wait to go back with her little brother so he can sleep on the bottom! We would definitely recommend this house for a small family or a couple. We always love visiting Rosemary Beach and this trip was no exception. The listing was just as depicted, and the home had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable too! The location was wonderful as we love the Coquina pool best and it was less that 100 steps to walkover D for beach access. The TV was small and although are not huge TV watchers, it was Super Bowl weekend. We opted to visit The Chill and watch it outdoors instead. Our other small issue was that unfortunately, the WiFi is not up to par. Even though the management offered to reset the router in the main house, the carriage house shares WiFi with the main house so the signal is not good. Seems it would be similar to sharing WiFi with your neighbor which is less than ideal. Since my husband and I both do some remote work, the WiFi was definitely a issue (even with the reset router). We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit and although the unit did not come with bikes, we rented them through Shoreline. Parking was never an issue as we visited during off season but had it been peak season, not having a designated parking space (not being able to park in the “garage”…street parking only) would have been an issue. Overall though, it was a wonderful trip and we look forward to our next visit! ##### Kim M. In the perfect location, literally right by the beach and by all the shops in 30A. There was security there which made us feel safe. It was also very quiet and relaxed. Also, we love our comforts so the fact that it was a huge comfortable bed and Apple TV was a huge plus for us. The AC works great too.
