It has its own snack bar, decks for sunning & sight seeing, pool directly on the beach, + 10 additional pools, 5 heated (seasonally), shuffle board, tennis courts, 18 hole mini golf (free). NO PETS, NON SMOKING UNIT. (smoking inside or a smoke smell will forfeit your deposit) Must be 23 years old to rent the unit. King master suite with pillow top mattress and private bath with sitting room off the master that overlooks the large island pool. The other master bedroom has a queen bed also with pillow top mattress and private bath. Downstairs is a queen sofa sleeper. This unit is extended on both top and bottom floors with a beautiful sitting room over looking the largest pool in the resort. Wide crown molding and base board. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The pool is literally steps away and the beach is about a 3 minute walk. The property was well maintained and in the perfect location. The largest pool in the community is right in the backyard, the way to the beach is 3 minutes and the house had everything you need for an extended stay. A short walking distance to the beach and the beach resort restaurant has great food. Fayla was very accommodating and responded immediately to any questions we had. Fayla is great to work with. We were within steps to the pool from our condo, which was an excellent pool . The condo was very clean when we arrived. The bedrooms were upstairs and for us, an older couple it was a lot of steps, but we managed! All in all we loved it. The property owner had everything that was needed in a rental. She even had a grill which was a bonus. The property was well decorated, maintained, and clean. My granddaughter brought a friend and they enjoyed the pools.
