"No I was very disappointed. My room had bed bugs and i was but really bad .which means things are not cleaned or checked as they should be . I do not want to return here as that problem continues im upset beyond measures. "

"Room was very clean and despite being in fairly noisy and vibrant are was quiet. Facilities were good, although access to coffee would have been nice. Didn’t try the pool but it looks lovely."

"One member of staff in this hotel went above and beyond to help me recover my mobile phone, which I had lost in a taxi cab. The hotel itself is in a decent location, being so close to the metro and supermarkets. The beds are comfortable and the rooms cleaned daily. My issues were sound proofing, which are non existent(the traffic in Bella Vista is relentless) and breakfasts which are not great. However overall I rate this little budget hotel highly and would stay again. Bring a little Spanish and you will be ok.Ant."
