35 km north of Kajaani, Lake Oulujärvi 50 m. No own shore, public shore 400 m. Location at the area of Paltamo Golf course. Putting green between the villa and the shore.
A two storey wooden house, built in 2010. Lowest floor: kitchen, bedroom with double bed (160cm wide), sauna (electric stove), bathroom with 2 showers, dressing room, toilet, terrace. Upstairs: bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with a bed (120 cm wide), loft with a sofa bed, toilet, balcony.

Price includes 2 x GOLF cambling, valid for June, July, August and September. Pleasant green area, beautiful view of the lake. Golf course office and restaurant 300 m (open in summer), a boat launch ramp 500 m Lake Oulujärvi. Paltamo town center 2 km, Kajaani 35 km, Vuokatti 45 km, Paljakka 50 km, 65 km Ukkohalla.
