This is a duplex, with a wonderful long term tenant next door. There is a full sized kitchen with all the necessities to make home cooked meals and a lighted back porch with a grill for your use. We are minutes away from the gas station and coffee shop and about 10 minutes from Hatcher Pass. It is centrally located to attractions in Palmer, Wasilla, Hatcher Pass, and the Mat-Su Valley. It is an easy drive to Anchorage and Willow where we saw the Iditarod, as well as Talkeetna.
