Clean and spacious
The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and there was plenty of room for 6 adults. The bed linens were very comfy and Everyone had their own bed. Some of the twin beds are a bit small for full sized people, but for 2 nights only and little time spent there, it was fine.
There are 4 toilets and 3 showers, but one is a very small shared shower that is literally a walk-through between 2 small "bathrooms" with a toilet and incredibly tiny pedestal sink in each. Functional to brush your teeth or wash your hands, but quite a challenge for a group of women getting ready each morning. There was no hand or bath soap except in the master bathroom and no washcloths, but we made it work.
The kitchen supplies were a bit sparse. Not a Single glass and no wine glasses to be found. Only a few large plastic cups. There were also very few utensils and no cutting boards we could find.
There are 2 sitting areas with TV's, which is nice to have, but we could only find the remote to one. The only other concern was a loose/soft board on the deck directly under the placement of the table and chairs, so we had to be careful to avoid it.
Had we booked it for more than 2 nights and spent more time there, these concerns would have been more problematic. Our trip was for a weekend golf clinic at LPGA in Daytona, so it worked for us. We would book it again, but would look for something else first.
