I have stayed at this place numerous times and have always enjoyed it but this past weekend was the worst. So many issues, First I booked a couples massage for my girlfriend and I and the men’s sauna was broken. Also the wait times for meals. The place was severely short staffed. The final topper was waking up in the morning to the hot tub outside covered with beer bottles, cans, clothes towels. They had one person cleaning the pool and entire area. So disappointed and will not be back!

Nice resort, but we had asked for the room to be cleaned and turned over and it never did....had to call multiple times and never had it cleaned ....very dissatisfied as this was for our wedding and we came back from our wedding night with the room a total mess

Great resort right on the ocean. Our view was spectacular! Had an amazing dinner at Latitudes and especially loved the free champagne and cookies in the lobby. The staff was exceptionally friendly and genuine the whole weekend. Would go back for certain.

they need to list the cost for the MANDATORY VALET PARKING. The need to update their room service delivery..A plastic bag with Styrofoam containers. been at Hiltons and Marriotts where you get glass dishes and glass ware for your room service. feel like I'm in covid area. Terrible look for an OPAL. ONE AND DONE NEVER BACK. I have othe issues but will face to face with a manager when I have time. big bucks for a pool and beach access.

wonderful location and almost the staff was excellent & friendly. Minor situation when a staff member chased us down the beach to sign our room tab. This was odd being at day 5 staying there? There is no dinning room preference for guests so make reservations weeks in advance, we were told once there. Overall we are very happy and will return soon!

Resort was very nice however I think drastically overpriced. Unfortunately did not see the value in an over $700/night room. It would have been a great value at under $450.

The MVP's of this family holiday trip at JBR&S were the management at the restaurant on site for "taking care of their guests reservations first on Christmas Day" since we are staying with you and spending good money with 3 ocean view rooms on site. We Greatly appreciate the management for slipping us in and of course our awesome waiter who made the evening serving us well on Christmas Evening.

Property is perfectly located on the beach however, it really needs some aesthetic upgrades. The bathroom was tiny with one towel hook, no mouthwash for a high end hotel. c'mon. Having to check into the valet every time I needed something from my car was inconvenient. No outdoor grilling area and the coffee machine in the room is unsatisfactory... Everything points to having to spend additional money. If I would have taken Spirit Airlines, I would have been used to having all the additional upcharges. Staff was polite.

Excellent hotel on the beach
From the time you drive up the driveway and your assistant, getting out of your car by the porters in the car being parked for you to the front desk courtesy all the way up to your room everyone was very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’re in the Jupiter area.

They lied about my room. I paid for ocean front view and they gave me partial view. Front desk was rude and would not budge unless I offered $50 more a night after I already paid more for this room. Then they stuck me above pool when I specifically said I need quiet space. My view overlooks cement ground with fan pool and partially ocean view. I also had ants in my bed.
