Mr. L, thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that you felt you were greeted with less than our full hospitality. I have reviewed your reservation and you had booked a standard king room and what you were assigned. I believe that you may be thinking that the "incidental hold" required for all guests were additional charges. As you did not charge any Food and Beverage or Shop charges to your room, that full amount was released upon your departure. We see that you stayed with us last November and do thank you for coming back and staying with us again. We do hope that you may return in the future.

Our hotel is actually only 16 years old and we had a complete renovation in 2020 to the newest Hilton Garden Inn room decor including bathrooms with the newest European glass showers. But if you are looking to just relax and hang around, we offer a full restaurant for Breakfast, Lunch and DInner and don't forget the Bar for some Spirits and a lake night snack at the Lobby SHOP

All our rooms are equipped with Kurigs, microwaves, refrigerators, iron and board, full array of bulk amenities and even streaming services on your TV. Pool, hot tub, fitness center and full F&B offerings with Bar and 24 hour SHOP. Hoping to hear back soon on what you are looking for that we may not have that you wish we did.
