Na recepção não tem funcionário em período integral , e a área com vista panorâmica , que é a sala de café, só fica aberta na hora do café e no final da tarde. A fürdőszoba hideg volt és nyirkos, de a szoba megfelelő, tágas, jól felszerelt. Az étkező színvonalas, szép, csak hideg. A 10\. emeleti teraszról kiváló a városra a kilátás minden oldalra. A kikötőtől nagyon közel volt a hotel. Az édes reggeli alap volt, mi kértünk reggelire tojást és szalámit is. L'hotel est bien situé, propre, chambres correctes. Mais un service tres pauvre. le 1er jour notre chambre a été faite mais pas refermée à clé... nous ne sommes rentrés que le soir tard (heureusement sans incident). le 2eme jour nous avons attendu les cafés du petits dej en vain...nous les attendons encore. et le summum fut le 3eme jour : clim réglée à fond, avec telecommande vieille, te ue par un scotch et impossible à eteindre, et comme il n'y a personne la nuit, nous avons passé la nuit à essayer de bloquer ce frigo : résultat, une nuit blanche et une angine! ##### Melanie ### 6/10 Okay #### MOHAMED, paris Aug 28, 2015 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort #### peut mieux faire. Hotel très bien situé au centre ville, avec belle vue sur Palerme,proche des bus, des principaux monuments et du port, patron sympa et parle français. Personnel sympa hors mis une personne qui ne faisait pas le ménage dans les chambres. La chambre proposėe était médiocre pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Les chambres pour 2 avait plus de charme. Petit dej à volonté médiocre. Très bien situé au centre du Palerme historique. Le petit déjeuner était très correct, le personnel adorable et la chambre était impeccable. Da es ein 2-Sterne-Hotel ist, darf man nicht viel erwarten. Das Hotel liegt wirklich perfekt, vor dem Hotel gibt es 5 eigene Stellplätze, von denen im Laufe des Tages immer wieder Plätze frei werden. Wir wurden von einem älteren Herren sehr nett empfangen. Das Hotel liegt im 10\. Stock und hat insgesamt 2 Etagen. Das Zimmer erfüllt seinen Zweck für einen Städtetrip, an dem man abends müde ins Bett fällt. Es erfüllt seinen Zweck nicht, wenn man sich auch mal im Hotel erholen möchte. Das Badezimmer ist abgenutzt, jedoch sauber. Das Bett war okay, mehr aber auch nicht. Die Lautstärke ist jedoch wirklich störend. Im Hotel liegen nur Steinböden und die Türen sind aus sehr dünnem Holz und nicht gedämmt, so dass man jedes Schlüssel schließen und jeden Schritt verfolgen kann. Die Frühstücksdame war jeden Tag wirklich äußerst freundlich. Jedoch gibt das Buffet nich mehr als Baguette, Kuchen und eine Sorte Marmelade her; für deutsche Urlauber vielleicht gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass das Hotel wirklich nur dann geeignet ist, wenn die Ansprüche einem 2-Sterne-Hotel in Südeuropa genügen und man keinen Luxus braucht. Die Lage und alles herum ist perfekt. The hotel is located on the tenth floor of a high rise block and the lifts for accessing the hotel are a little slow. The compensation for this are the great views from the restaurant balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful, though often not around after early evening. My room was small but well appointed and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was fairly basic, and there was no fresh coffee available. Also, despite the hotel description stating there was a cafe/snack bar on site I never once saw this open, and when I asked for a drink I was met with disappointment. Unica pecca il malfunzionamento del televisore che non prendeva canali visto che era presente una piccola antenna interna alla camera...
