The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room itself was comfortable and the hostel was very central to all the amenities. My only issue was that the street was very noisy, a lot of police car sirens and loud motorbikes late at night. This did make check in and check out much harder as communication wasn't instant. To say the hotel has parking is basically saying that you can park a car in Palermo. I believe there is a valet parking facility around the corner but we struggled to get to it due to road closures. Room was very large and had good aircon and a spacious bathroom although the shower was not the best. Bed was comfortable. Now the tricky bit... Location.... Great for seeing the sites... Terrible for noise. We probably had it worse as our room overlooked the main road and we were there over a weekend, but the volume of noise throughout Saturday night was deafening. Groups shouting...
