Il servizio Breakfast è da migliorare (il misero cornetto con il cappuccino al bar vicino alla cattedrale è un pò pochino) Specificatelo meglio nel dettaglio della riservazione così si può decidere se includere nella riservazione la colazione. La responsabile comunque carina e ci ha dato alcune dritte per la cena.

Expedia should clearly state that this is a B&B and not a hotel. The owner(s) seem not to be familiar with how to manage such a place. Unless you pass out from drinking, or for other reasons, there is no way you can sleep in this place. And that's why you pay for: TO SLEEP AND REST during the night. The rooms windows are facing a main street, and there is not enough space here to describe all the noise sources. Here are some examples: dogs barking from the streets, or the tenant above, mopeds speeding at full throttle all night long, everyone who has a horn will use it day and specially night time, monster sound blasters are installed in everything from kids bikes to delivery trucks and everything between. And they blast them at full, specially at night. People are shouting, talking loud or fighting (verbally) in the streets, or in the apartment above. NICE PLACE IN THE WRONG LOCATION. In addition, we had some technical problems, which can happen to anyone. However, they were only taken care off, after I called Expedia twice. UNACEPTABLE.

Ανετο και καθαρο δωματιο με ωραια διακοσμηση, χρηση κουζινας και καθιστικου με τηλεοραση (εκτος δωματιου), απλο πρωϊνο σε καφετερια εκτος του οικηματος αλλα σε κοντινη αποσταση σε αυτο και σε πολυ ομορφο σημειο της πολης. Βολικη τοποθεσια για να περιηγηθεις στο κεντρο της πολης.

#### Piacevole scoperta

Piccolo gioiello vicino al mercato di Ballaró, la struttura è vicinissima alle principali attrazioni di Palermo. La camera davvero spaziosa e pulitissima. Nonostante per la colazione il B&B sia in convenzione con un bar situato davanti la cattedrale, dove vi offrono un ottimo caffè e dei dolci buonissimi, nella cucina, presente nella struttura, troverete tutto il necessario per fare colazione (i biscotti sono favolosi)...questo per farvi capire come lo scopo principale dei proprietari del B&B sia fare sentire gli ospiti a loro agio. Ci tornerò senz’altro.

La camera non era quella che mi aspettavo Pulizie giornaliere zero Colazione in un bar di fronte alla cattedrale penoso, rinunciato al secondo vaucher Non ho ancora capito quanto ho pagato, c'è un differenza di 10 euro tra quanto è scritto sulla ricevuta del beb e il sito. Peccato, hanno potenzialità ma il posto è trascurato. Se cambiano le condizione almeno avvisate prima. Quello che è fantastico è il contesto intorno.

Ontvangst heel goed. Direct uitleg van de omgeving Laura neemt alle tijd om de bezienswaardigheden te vertellen die zij aankruist op de gratis kaart van de stad Palermo. Wij waren alleen en hadden daardoor nu privé douche en toilet. Dit is bij volle bezetting niet zo. Dan is het lastig omdat douche en toilet 1 ruimte zijn. Wat wij niet prettig vonden was dat voor het ontbijt naar een bar moesten op 600 meter afstand.Het ontbijt bevat 1 croissant en een koffie. Wilde je meer moet je zelf bijbetalen.

#### Nice room in a great location

This is a nice apartment in Palermo's old town, within 10-15 min walk to the Norman Palace, the cathedral and il Capo market and 20-25 min to the old town. The room was very spacious and clean, the bathroom was also spotless clean. We had access to the kitchen but we didn't really need to use it. Laura is very friendly and welcoming and gave us terrific recommendations for what to see and do in the limited time we had. We very much enjoyed the pastry shop she recommended (right next to Porta Nuova near the Norman Palace) - probably the best ricotta cannoli in town. With regards to parking - the casa is within the ZTL however there's plenty of parking on the street a block up. We were actually lucky as the ZTL is not active on the weekend and were able to park right outside of the house.

#### B&B bien situé mais bruyant

Nous avons passé notre première nuit en Sicile dans ce B&B. Arrivant vers 23h30 sur Palerme, les B&B permettant le check-in tardif ne sont pas nombreux. Dans un Bed and Breakfast, on veut dormir et avoir un petit déjeuner: dans ce B&B, nous n'avons pas pu dormir (pas de double vitrage, plein centre ville, fenêtre donnant sur une petite rue très fréquentée par les voitures, les scooters et les piétons). En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, mise à disposition d'une cuisine équipée: une bouilloire qui ne fonctionne pas, un micro onde qui n'est pas branché car la prise est cassée, une plaque de cuisson au gaz. C'est avec cette plaque que ma femme a pu se faire elle même son café soluble. Un réfrigérateur avec une bouteille d'eau, 2 briques de jus. un panier avec 2 croissants sous plastique. Nous avons donc été très déçus par ce petit déjeuner.
