Hotels in Palazzo Reale-Monte di Pietà, Palermo

"Staff were amazing!"

"This is a wonderful hotel with impeccable service. The staff was incredibly helpful with our car reservation logistics and provided great parking information. They even accommodated our early checkout schedule by preparing a breakfast box for us to go. The location, amenities, and breakfast were all excellent. We truly loved our stay."

"Wonderful place to stay!"

"Perfect location."

"All the staff were very friendly and the breakfast a feast!! Really enjoyed our stay. Location is ideal"

"Clean, quiet, and conveniently located. A wonderful stay!"

"This hotel is in a great location. I would stay there again."

"Very nice rooms in the center of the old city. Breakfast was delicious.. Fanny, the hostess, had great recommendations for restaurants."

"Wonderful place to stay in Palermo. Can’t wait to return."

"Quiet and secluded location yet within walking distance of the 2 main pedestrian thoroughfares of Palermo. Staff very helpful and attentive to needs and wants. Breakfast is excellent."

"Top hotel in the city"

"Great boutique property! So glad we had a chance to stay here. The people are so nice and the location is hard to beat!"

"The location is excellent for its position next to the Porta Nuova, though it is on the scrappy side rather than the nice side. The rooms are simple but some have balconies. The staff is incredibly helpful and sympathetic."

"Great walkable location"

"We greatly appreciate that Vincenzo was able to accommodate our late night check-in as well as a late check-out. We only stayed one night. When our flight was delayed and we had issues with our car rental company, I feared there would be no one to let us in the hotel but Vincenzo was kind enough to stay up to 1am and accommodate our entry. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for gratuitously helping us out."

"The staff was very helpful and the hotel is in a fantastic location. Hotel is beautiful decorated and staff responded quickly. Key feedback is that the towels need to be replaced, some of the glassware was dirty, and the curtains on the bed frame are worn and appear that if you touch them they will fall off. Overall excellent communication, beautifully decorated, helpful staff, and great location. However a few tweaks needed to elevate the stay."

"Loved our stay at Ballarooms Experience. The B&B was in a very central position close to Ballaro market and was very comfortable- we even had a sauna in our room! Mariella served a lovely breakfast in her other B&B 5 minutes walk from where we were staying."

"Poor breakfast Small, barely useable bathroom Water is in the mini- bar This is barely a 3 star hotel The staff when they were around( not fully manned) were nice"
