Beautiful villa "Hibiscus", built in 1975, renovated in 2008. In the district of Porto Rafael 4 km from the centre of Palau, 40 km from the centre of Olbia, on a slope, residential area (villas), 350 m from the sea. Private: property 700 m2, terraced garden with lawn and wildlife garden. Outdoor shower. In the house: roof terrace. Storeroom available. 10 m stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 150 m, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach 350 m (small). Please note: car recommended. The roof terrace has a low railing and is not suited for children.

Barbecue, deck chairs (4). Very beautiful view of the sea and La Maddalena. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.
