The place was dirty, smelled, and unsafe. The room had windows to the hallway and they were hot. If I left the window open to be able to breath I risked the chance of someone sticking their arm into my room and opening the door to the room. Overall I did to feel safe that I ended up leaving and going to another hotel. ##### LISSETTE ### 6/10 Okay #### Tarja May 25, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness Basic hotel option in aguas calientes. Service from staff was disorganised and confused. We had booked for two nights but they had only recorded one. On our first night around 7pm, one of the staff knocked on our door and told us that we needed to cancel the booking and leave, only to find out that the issue was that she just wanted us to pay for the room in advance rather than at check out although there had not been an issue at check in. The rooms did not feel secure as there are internal facing windows which could not lock. They had a bath tub available in one of the rooms which influenced my decision, but later they said I wasn’t allowed to take a bath in it. when I showered the water went everywhere somehow. there’s no proper drainage in the washroom so my whole stay I had a washroom full of water on the floor. The breakfast was bare minimum, nothing special.
