« The staff were very friendly and helpful. The establishment however, was very worn and in need of upgrades. The breakfast consisted of donuts and frozen Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits. Nothing fresh. No fruit. I didn’t expect much considering the area we were in but we enjoyed the countryside and visiting the birth place of Loretta Lynn. »

« Terrible service the send my room twice and a person entry in my room by 3am, and after that can’t sleep any more, l call service desk and they say sorry we move the person to different room. That is disrespectful. That hotel is very unsafe; something else could have happened. And even with that, they double-charged me, I'm still fighting to resolve to this day. »
