« Charming place, we hadn’t realised how good the sea views were/are. Nicely located being a short walk from Babbington centre with the rest of the English Riviera easily accessible. Heating and hot water both fine, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen (even washing up without a dishwasher didn’t seem like a chore with those views!). We had an issue with the WiFi which the owner worked to resolve, sadly without success. But Sunny Bank is a great spot in a great location - recommended »

« Unfortunately wrong contact details given on vrbo but was able to contact owner with correct details given by a fellow holiday maker. Otherwise a very pleasant stay in a comfortable and clean place the view was spectacular, didn't want to shut the curtains. The owner was helpful and the bottle of prosecco was a lovely touch. »

« The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav. The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door.
