Lovely just one gripe
Nice hotel lovely staff only gripe is the noise no chance of sleep the rooms dont block any noise from the landings room next door or above you can hear everything they do and it dont help when your neighbour seems tonwant to do some Diy at1am then fancies a shower at 2am

The rooms were comfortable and clean the only thing was water pressure in the bathroom couldn't have a good shower.

Amazing stay at The Queens
From the moment I arrived I was greeted very warmly with a very helpful and happy young lady, she was very organized and had me checked-in in no time at all, she was very helpful and explained all the amenities available to myself , my room was nicely decorated and clean, the bed was comfy and tea/coffee available in the room, all the staff were very polite , happy and helpful during my stay, would recommend the Queens to anyone, well done to all the staff and thankyou

Charming
Lovely hotel, super friendly staff. Use of the indoor pool which was lovely. Room was spacious and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t brilliant but other than that couldn’t fault it at all.

The hotel is ok but we were given a a room on the top floor and the shower had zero preasure. Just a trickle of water to shower in.

I was impressed with The Queen’s and the hotel exceeded my expectations massively; offered great value for money, tremendous customer service and met the requirements for the modern business traveller together with those away for holiday and leisure. Must be one of the best value for money places to stay in Paignton, if not Torbay, with guests treated like a valued customer rather than just a name and number. Highly recommended and will definitely by back.

We were greeted by the receptionists who told us about evening meals and the pool. We tried to book a meal only to be told they had to be booked before 5pm. (This was not told to us when we were told about the meals). We tried to book the pool but told couldn’t as there was various swimming lessons taking place. All could have been acceptable if it was told to us.

Full English breakfast was plentiful and well cooked but smoked haddock portion was quite small. Staff served the food speedily and were helpful and friendly. My single room was clean and comfortable but VERY small and the toilet had a poor flush. It was cleaned each day. Entertainment was good and varied if somewhat loud and could be heard in the bedroom. Reception staff were also courteous and helpful.
