The design is a vibrant blend of color, comfort, and sleek mountain modern. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a stunning view of Village Lake and the San Juan Mountains, which is only accentuated by the warmth of the timber ceiling planks and grand fireplace. The living room offers ample plush seating, a smart TV, and a gas fireplace. To the right is the fully equipped kitchen with everything you could desire, including a coffee/cocktail bar area leading to the spacious dining room with seating for 8\. Just beyond the living room are two bedrooms with very cozy Queen beds. Upstairs you will find the huge primary bedroom and luxurious en suite bath with a free standing soaking tub, large shower, and beautiful modern tile work. To the left of the front door is the laundry room with a washer and dryer and sink for convenience. The lake surrounding the property is ideal for fishing and paddleboarding, and the property owner provides paddleboards for use. Could hardly get the grandchildren off them. Everything we needed was right there in the kitchen, including condiments. We met the property owner, and he shared the secret of using marshmallows to catch the fish. Will go back ##### Dawn B. However, we are seeing the need for a little light maintenance due to normal wear and tear. Love the location and floor plan of the home. Minor things that could have been better. Thermostat seems not working? It eas64 degrees in the home when we got there - super chili inside, no lamps in family room , could have used detailed instructions on tv, it was super complicated. Two light bulbs out in primary / upstairs bedroom vanity ( right side ) , soaking tub was “ wonky” , faucet in wrong position - left little room in tub .
