There are 1 or 2 bedrooms available with a nice kitchen and good sized bathroom & shower which also has the convenience of a washer & dryer for you. It's a few miles from downtown but has many restaurants and grocery stores close by. We also took a day trip to Ouray and Telluride. Ray, the owner, lives on the other side and is there to answer any questions or help with anything you may need. He is very hospitable host. We also enjoyed a ride in the Hot Air Balloon and hiked to Treasure Falls. You won't be disappointed in staying on this beautiful lake and this little apartment. ##### Susan S. My only disappointment is some ridiculous HOA rules wouldn't allow us to swim in lake. However fishing is OK and we caught a few. Fantastic base to set out and explore the amazing scenes and attractions nearby. So glad I stayed here versus some stuffy hotel room. ##### Michael C. We had plenty of room, all the amenities we needed and access to an outdoor kitchen. The entire neighborhood is lovely and close to anything you want to do. We will be back! ##### Julie C. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. It was cold when we were there so we weren't able to take advantage of the lake but I think it would be awesome in warmer weather. We would love to go back and stay in the summer. The check-in process was great and Ray was easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend this property. ##### Nancy S.
