There are 1 or 2 bedrooms available with a nice kitchen and good sized bathroom & shower which also has the convenience of a washer & dryer for you. It's a few miles from downtown but has many restaurants and grocery stores close by. We also took a day trip to Ouray and Telluride. Ray, the owner, lives on the other side and is there to answer any questions or help with anything you may need. He is very hospitable host. We also enjoyed a ride in the Hot Air Balloon and hiked to Treasure Falls. You won't be disappointed in staying on this beautiful lake and this little apartment. ##### Susan S. Feb 21, 2015 #### Love the apartment and host We are very pleased with the condo and Ray's warm hosting. Our family of 4 stayed for one week. The lake view was wonderful. The place was very clean, cozy, Ray was a great host. Very easy and quick on cooking, questions, anything. He even helped to look for places for my friends nearby. Ray was very friendly and gave me a call to go over the check-in process which was very simple! I appreciated the run down he gave me of the area as I had never been there before. He always answered his cell phone and even helped us out with restaurant recommendations. The property was spotless and very comfortable for me, my husband and our two 13 year old sons. We went skiing and it was absolutely amazing and perfect and had everything we could have wanted in a vacation stay. Thank you so much Ray for letting us stay at your property. Sep 4, 2018 #### A lovely guest home in a beautiful setting that is very clean and very comfortable! You will not be disappointed. This property feels rural but it's only a 10 minute drive to town. Being lakefront, the views are terrific and there are lots of windows to take in the views and the natural light. This is one of the cleanest vacation rentals I've ever been too, and the bed is extremely comfortable (and the sheets are 100% cotton). Ray is a gracious host and made himself available in case I needed anything (which I didn't). I highly recommend this vacation rental! ##### Deborah E.
