Escape to this charming cabin tucked away on a peaceful one-acre property. Surrounded by nature, it's the perfect spot to relax, recharge and enjoy the outdoors. The cabin is thoughtfully designed for comfort, with a warm and inviting interior that includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sleeping space, and a cozy living area.  
  
Step outside to enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while viewing the mountains, stargaze at night with minimal light pollution, or simply soak in the quiet beauty of your private slice of land. Whether you're looking for a couple's getaway, a solo retreat or a peaceful base for nearby adventures, this cabin offers the ideal blend of simplicity and comfort.  
  
This property is 6.8 miles West of Pagosa Springs City Market, Wal-Mart and the many uptown restaurants, shops and other attractions.

Guests have the entire cabin and one acre of land to themselves. The property is private, no shared spaces, just you and the peaceful surroundings.

Please be advised that the property is supplied by well water, which may occasionally produce a sulfur-like odor due to naturally occurring minerals. This condition is common in the region, due to the hot springs surrounding our area, and does not affect the safety of the water. Complimentary bottled water is provided for drinking.
