Perfect vacation home. Spacious square log home, comfortable furniture, great kitchen, fabulous views, air conditioning, and close to dining and shopping. This 2 story home has it all. You enter on the main floor with a great room with views, cozy furniture, gas fireplace and TV. This room is open to the dining area and the well stocked kitchen. You can get out to the back yard from the dining room where you will find the hot tub. The laundry room and 1 car garage are adjacent to the kitchen. There is a powder room near the entry. You will also find the king bed master suite on the first floor. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms. One with a king bed and the other with a trundle bed with a full on top and a twin on the bottom. Both access a common full bathroom. There is also a nice office room, sitting room that overlooks the living room and also a large media / play room for the kids to hang out. This is a new home but will not disappoint. From this home you can walk to a number of restaurants and shops or get on your bicycle and enjoy the many miles of our bike path. There is also plenty of room for your cars to be off the street. All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises. Some outside pictures do show a fire pit, however, it is not allowed to be used per HOA regulations. If used, there may be a fine of up to $1,000\. This home is now pet friendly. There is a 75.00 pet fee per dog along with a refundable 100.00 pet deposit per dog. There is a 2 dog maximum unless otherwise authorized. We loved watching the football games in the great TV room upstairs. Great views from the living room and dining room. If you have accessibility problems I would be caution of the master bathroom. You need a steep stool to get in and out of the shower. And the walk way down to the fire pit can be tricky if you are up in age. The house needs a deep cleaning inside and outside. Be aware that the hot water shutdown as well. It’s an on demand hot water systems. It appeared to be a known problem because there was instructions on the unit on how to fix it. We did address all our concerns with VIP. With several follow ups we finally did get a response. ##### Brenda W. The only thing that wasn’t great was the hot tub, it needs to be maintained better-doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned for a while. Would give all 5 stars for everything if this had been clean. Communication with the property manager was great, and the property was super clean and well set-up. Relaxing and great views. Lots of games and a wonderful upstairs movie/play area that the kids took over. Walking distance to a brew pub with good food, and also an excellent pizza place. I kept it a secret until we showed up in the driveway and everybody couldn’t have been more astonished at how luxurious the cabin is. I can honestly say after over half a decade of coming to Colorado, this cabin has by FAR been the best stay. The property manager exceeded all expectations and then some with communication. (They need a raise lol!) Seriously, coming from an experienced traveler, YOU WON’T REGRET STAYING AT THE RELAXING BEAR! For sure coming back! ##### Chance R.
