The smell was bad toilet seat was broken , stand up fan , floors were absolutely filthy also mould in the shower tiles were siliconed toghther ,and couldn’t even use the key to open the front sliding door , Also felt very unsafe .staff never informed us this the person watching us trying to open the door did . So we didn’t stay at all our holiday wasn’t what we expected as we had to then pay $300 AU dollars for a hotel in Auckland city .We were nice to the staff and asked for a refund as our money was planned for outings , staff person gave us an email for a refund that didn’t work as the email bounced back all week . Very disappointed and ended up staying in a room watching tv instead of enjoying our stay in NZ . "

She was efficient but not friendly. Location was perfect for what I required, parking was good. "
