Downstairs to a well-equipped Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, and 2 larder fridges. Dining area with table and seating for 8 people. Utility area with dishwasher and washer dryer. Double doors to lower patio area and south facing rear garden and washing line facilities. Cloak room with WC and wash hand basin and freezer.

Staircase to:
Bedroom 1: Double bed with built-in wardrobe and bedside tables.
Bedroom 2: Twin with pine wardrobe and bedside table.
Bathroom with bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
Staircase to:
Bedroom 3 King-size bed with chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, and wardrobe. En-suite shower room with wash hand basin and WC.
Parking for 1 small car to front of property: space is 14'6" long, please allow room to manoeuvre when calculating if your car will fit.
Linen, towels, pillows, and duvets are supplied, please bring your own beach towels. Bedding will be left on the beds for guests to make up on arrival.

Central Heating, Gas and Electricity included in rental.
Pets are accepted at £30 per pet per week but by prior arrangement only.
The changeover day is Friday, but there is flexibility out of season for weekend and special breaks.
Damage Deposit - Please note: There is a refundable deposit of £100 due prior to commencement of stay.
