"There were not enough staff in the Restaurant or the Bar. At Breakfast, tables were not cleared; Food items not replenished etc. Staff were trying hard though it seemed. Only one person at the Bar at one stage who had clearly not been trained sufficiently e.g. she did not know how to open a bottle ..."

Strange smell from the whole building, dirty windows and random broken washing machines in the corridor. No towel in the room and nobody on site to speak to. Air conditioning ..."

"The wellness centre was clean which is very important to me! The bedroom is a bit small but the bed was so comfortable! I found check out to be early would have preferred 11am when breakfast finished at 10am. Didn’t really like the vegetarian breakfast, but overall would definitely book again!"
