Great for families with plenty of kids books and games. The outdoor space was great with a fire pit and decks with tables and chairs for dining. Kitchen was great and well stocked with all necessary cooking items. There was an AC unit in the main living room which helped when the hot afternoon sun hit the front windows. We did a lot of driving, so it was nice to come back and relax after dinner in Packwood or on the road. The house was clean when we arrived. We did have an issue with the refrigerator going out during our stay, but the hosts responded quickly to our questions about that. The loft also got quite warm during the day while we were away, but we figured out how to keep it cool using the fans and HVAC system. We were able to make breakfasts and lunch at the cabin, so we only ate out for dinner, which is a VRBO necessity for us!
