It was the perfect homebase for our week at Mount Rainier National Park. This is our third visit to Packwood and by far our favorite of all the places we stayed. The living quarters were much bigger than we expected. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could have wanted. It was great having the washer and dryer available after long days on dusty trails. The beds were super comfortable and the porch was awesome. I just can’t say enough good things about our stay here. About 5 minutes from downtown Packwood. Must visit Mountain Goat Coffee! The house is within 15 minutes to just over an hour from many hiking trails. The house has everything you need! Everything was very clean, the bed was so comfortable! Anything you could possible need in the kitchen was there. The home was very easy to locate in a quiet, private area. This would also be a great house if you had children as it has a huge yard, stream running through the back of the property and lots of places to explore. It was just a short drive to Mt. Rainier. Packwood is a cute little town. If you need groceries, there is a great grocery store in town (about 5 minutes from the home). We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent here. Thanks Kim. ##### david b.
