"Thevroom i had was a double bed private room .it didnt have any street noiseband was nice and dark due to having internal walls within the building ..a perfect spot if you are just lookingvfor a bed due to early morning flights from tahiti..thestaff were also very helpful organising late taxis . "Very good staff and great price. Good accommodations throughout the building including kitchen, living room, and laundry room. The rooms were more spacious than my prior experiences living in a hostile hotel. The interior of the building was clean. Rooms were well maintained. The location is within walking distance to downtown Auckland. You may prefer to Uber, but I never needed an Uber. My legs got me everywhere. I would definitely return for another stay on my next trip to New Zealand....

"The staff was amazing. Interacted most with server Emily, loved her super attentive and accommodating. The wellness and spa staff was great and I had a great massage Zach was a great masseuse and purchased a facial for my sister with another provider and she had a great experience after just one service you could see a difference. The staff at the pool side providing towels were all very sweet as well especially when I couldn’t remember my room number. Food was also great. Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating as well. Would highly recommend this place. "
