Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed. Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and patio access. The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • This is a 28+ day rental only • Washer and dryer in home. • Garage and driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. • Fireplaces are not operational for guest use. • A deposit of $500/month is due prior to check-in to cover the cost of utilities for this home. Once utilities are deducted from this deposit at the end of your stay, the remainder will be returned. If the cost of utilities should exceed the allotted $500/month, please note that guests are required to cover the difference. The homeowner covers the first $200 on monthly utilities.
