By far one of the best places to stay in Morelia! The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was very spacious and very clean. They even surprised us with a welcome gift upon arrival and another thoughtful gift at checkout. The hotel is also perfectly located, just a short walk from all the downtown attractions, restaurants, and local vibes. This is definitely my go to hotel whenever I’m back in Morelia. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place at a decent price. I initially thought the hotel was in Guadalajara, but it is actually in Tlaquepaque, which was a pleasant surprise and a beautiful little city right beside Guadalajara. Nice shops and mariachi.

Only downside is no pool

Fabulous hotel. We were the only ones there! Had the whole pool etc so to ourselves for 2 days. Very, very quiet. Charming staff, beautiful place to stay in Tequila. Right in old town. Highly recommended.

Clean room

Clean and comfortable hotel in an excellent location.

Excellent boutique hotel in a great location. All staff were great, but a special shout out to Dustin and Ormar in the breakfast area which were both exceptional and very attentive. Very good breakfast! Will definitely stay here again if I visit Guadalajara.

Hotel Morales is centrally located in the historic area of Guadalajara. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The staff are very accommodating and helpful.

Cometí un error en mi reservación y no me salí de la habitación el día del checkout y me cobraron 2,300 pesos por mi error como penalización el cual pagué. Le pedí a la manager que me rebajara la multa por qué no me podía quedar esa noche en el hotel y la señora (la encargada) me amenazo que si dejaba un mal review del hotel ella también me daría un mal review en la página. Excelente staff y ubicación. No tengo ninguna queja.

The staff at the property were excellent. Alondra, Carlos and the rest of the staff gave exceptional service. Nice clean rooms. Good view, located across from a quieter beach. Breakfast was fantastic and the 2 restaurants across the hotel were both excellent with great views to sit on the beach with good food and good drinks to enjoy the sunsets. The rooftop pool was beautiful with great views of the bay as well Walkable to the melacon and easy to get from the airport. We will stay here again

This was the perfect getaway for us. Spent 2 weeks at the Mio. The rooms were clean and modern with decent house keeping. They have purified ice and water machines on every floor so you can keep your bottle topped up. Free secure parking, very friendly and helpful staff. Initially, we had the room 347 right under the gym, some users got there very early in the morning and was very loud banging from dropping dumbbells or stacks, the front desk promptly moved us to a better room. The staff at this hotel are very hard working. I was impressed with the work ethic and friendliness of the front desk staff and the breakfast server in particular, but everyone working there overall. We had a great time! The hotel is also inexpensive and in a convenient location. Clean as well. Breakfast was good and filling, with convenient serving times (open 7:30am to 11:30am).
