Top Pacchione Hotel Reviews

Tombolo Talasso & Beach Resort

Tombolo Talasso & Beach Resort

8/10 Good
"The Tallasso experience was unfortunately not lived up to the fullest due to not having much of a guided experience during the spa which is the main amenity here. The pools and cave itself were very impressive and relaxing however, no staff were there to help guide us, only one person to show us the area but then it’s very independent from there forward. The nice part is that there is parking on the property and access to the beach with different restaurants that are available. The hotel itself was also not the most renovated however, the rooms are spacious with a beautiful garden view and a delicious hearty breakfast."

Frequently asked questions

What is the best area to stay in Pacchione?
The best area to stay in Pacchione is within the historic centre of town, particularly around Piazza del Popolo.

This central area is the heart of Pacchione, offering easy access to its main attractions. You'll find charming cobbled streets, traditional trattorias, and local shops. The Piazza del Popolo is a natural gathering spot, often hosting local events, and the nearby Duomo di Pacchione is a prominent landmark.

Couples looking for a romantic and authentic Tuscan experience will find this area ideal. You can enjoy leisurely strolls, intimate dinners, and the convenience of walking to most places of interest, including wine bars and artisan workshops.

For those seeking a more secluded and tranquil experience, the hills just outside the historic centre offer exceptional villa and agriturismo options.
When is the best time to go to Pacchione?

The countryside is lush and green, with wildflowers in bloom, providing a beautiful backdrop for walks and cycling. This period is also excellent for wine tasting tours, as the vineyards are coming to life.

Autumn offers equally agreeable weather, with temperatures between 18°C and 28°C. This is harvest season, particularly for grapes and olives, meaning many local festivals and culinary events take place. The landscapes transform into stunning hues of gold and red, which is great for scenic drives and photography.
