"Nice place, great for kids. For some reason my card had two transactions for the full amount of my stay. Luckily did not need the money while I was there, but I am concerened to see where this is heading. Brought it to front desk's attention, they told me I had only one transaction on their side. Hopefully it falls off and all will be good. Only thing I can think of why I was double charged was on their precheck in process I used early check in, and that somehow messed with the system. I would be a little cautious of that system. $25 extra for early check in is fine, an extra $311 for however many days til this clears, not so much. "

"They serve dessert every evening 😋 from 8-11pm! Their breakfast is above par! They clean your room every day....that hasn't happened anywhere since covid. The staff is wonderful! No complaints!"

"Loved the atmosphere. It was just a comfortable and welcoming environment. I had brought my granddaughter and a friend to Branson for a girls getaway. And they both loved the decor/ Victorian style made it feel like a big fancy home. The tea and cookies with fine china was such a great touch. My granddaughter enjoyed the indoor pool very much. And is already asking when can we return. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great for families or a romantic getaway for two. "
