« The first morning breakfast was awful. No eggs, no potatoes, cold sausage. The following 2 days were OK. The pool was closed so couldn't be used. We were there 3 days. Not once were asked if we needed towels, trash dumped or anything. Room itself was clean, however, the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in at one point and sloppily repaired. « The both of our rooms had horribly musty smell. The rooms smelled like a poorly mitigated flood disaster. A live silver fish bug was found in the bath. The room coffee maker did not work, The lobby coffee maker was out of order. Thankfully Starbucks was only a half mile away. »

« L'hôtel refuse de me donner une facture au motif que jai réservé via une tierce partie Expedia=hotels.com mais pourtant je paye sur place. Hotels.com me dit que c'est l’hôtel qui doit me la fournir. Pas même de reçu possible dans l'application hotels.com dans ce cas là. C'est compliqué quand vous êtes en voyage d'affaire de pas avoir de facture. »
