"Well we started by booking a room online. The pictures and reviews looked good/ok. When we go there he informed us that the room just needed to be vacuumed but we could put our things in the room. So we went in and wow. That room was nothing like the photos online on your webpage. There was carpet all throughout the place and pics showed hardwood floor type ground probably linoleum. And it just smelt bad like it hasn't been washed in years. The bathroom was dirty and there were 2 dead spiders in the shower and some mold behind a bed.... i was ready to go. But i spoke with the front office person and he was kind and allowed us to stay in another room that was much bigger. That room was decent. The bathroom were still dirty but everything else was like advertised on the expedia webpage. We were satisfied. I would never go back there again lets say that but we appreciate the guys efforts to help us on the new room"

"Great property! Really close to the beach! We stayed here when we went clamming! The property has an outside station to clean your gear and clams The property also has a pickleball court, volleyball net and other outdoor activities! If you don’t want to hear dogs this is not the spot for you, some rooms are pet friendly and there were tons of dogs here! Overall great stay, room didn’t have ac but still great!"

"Parking, location and cleanliness were very nice. Didnt have wifi for the whole stay however. Even putting in the password gave me "connected, no internet". Because of that, connected services like hbo or amazon werent available for the tv. Regular tv was choppy. Saw there wasnt a freezer for the fridge which was a little disappointing. And this is Expedia's problem- not the hotel's- but the description of the rooms were off. Didn't get a tub (shower), didnt have a couch. So just a bed and bathroom. Overall just a little disappointing. "

"Restaurant ✅ Great! Staff! ✅ Great! Facilities…….oh no no no. Beds might as well been surplus from the local jail. Horrible, rooms poorly designed with a $10 budget . If you’re looking for something close to the beach this is perfect. If you’re a traveler that likes to spend a lot of time in the room. This place will make you miserable"
