* Very quiet area of Oyster Pond with a very preserved environment
* Restaurants and grocery store within walking distance
* Wild Coralita Beach within walking distance and Dawn Beach with tourist attractions 5 min by car
* Completely renovated in 2018
* No joint ownership and almost no opposite
Villa of 200m² with large covered terraces to relax in the shade and enjoy the gentle trade winds.
You can even practice naturism if you wish.
All rooms are equipped with:
* air conditioning and fan
* Wireless
* smart TV
* King Size bed
* lock

* private bathroom
2 bedrooms are on the ground floor and 3 upstairs
The swimming pool is equipped with an alarm and deckchairs.
The living room is equipped with a TV with an IPTV offer giving you access to thousands of channels, films and series from all countries of the world (US, France ...)
You will have exclusive use of Villa la Vie en Rose, its garden, and its private swimming pool with its deckchairs.
You will have access to 3 parking spaces inside the Villa.
The Villa is rented with a minimum of 3 bedrooms, for 6 people.
You can also rent it in 4 bedrooms for 7-8 people, or in 5 bedrooms for 9-10 people.
If, for example, you are 6 travelers, you will therefore have access to 3 bedrooms, and the other 2 bedrooms will remain closed. If you want to have access to 5 rooms, you will have to enter at least 9 travelers, even if you are only 6.
Damage deposit of 2,000 euros will be recorded on your credit card before checkin. It won't be cash except in the event of damage.
It won't reduce your credit card payment limit.

We enjoyed this spacious and well appointed villa. The private swimming pool and terrace were great spaces to relax and enjoy the panoramic views. Sandrine the manager was attentive and responsive to any requests. This was my second visit to the villa and I am sure we will be back. Correspondence with Bruno our host was easy and straightforward. The welcome was warm and much appreciated by all. We all arrived from different parts of the world at different times and all went very smoothly. It is a lovely villa for a party of 8 to 10 guests. Thank you Bruno!

Great week at La Vie En Rose
The villa was perfect for my family & friends for the week in St Martin. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and great pool and outdoor spaces. Host communication was great. Kitchen is smaller but functional. Great view of the ocean and short walk to market and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.
