The accommodations were perfect for celebrating my wife's Birthday and spending time on the beach with family and friends. Access to the beach was a short walk across the street and being a dog friendly house combined with a dog friendly beach is always a huge +++. The roof deck which wasn't shown in the pics when we booked was a pleasant surprise. There is a firepit and it would appear newly added Adirondack chairs on the deck which has great views and was a great place for all to hang out. It was just as stunning as the photos. The sunsets from the roof deck were gorgeous and our hosts were incredible! The house seemed larger in person than I thought it looked in the pictures. There are great little nooks, balconies, and a roof top deck that were fun to hang out on. The house was set up with everything needed to cook meals. There were extra items in the bathroom cabinets in case you forget something. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of space around the house to have privacy when needed since we were a large group. If you have a large group or a family reunion, this was a great location. There was easy access to the beach directly across the street. If you need a smaller beach without waves because of little kids, there is a beach about 4 blocks away that is protected by jettys (marina section) where the water is also a little warmer. I needed to find a place to stay because I had business meetings in the area and ended up finding this place for a good deal. It's small, but the location is absolutely amazing. The only thing I have an issue with was the air conditioning. It didn't work quite well, but the weather was cool enough from the beach that the breeze came right into the place. Access to grocery markets, restaurants, and the beach is close. You can literally walk right into the sand and the ocean in 2 minutes. I highly recommend the stay overall. ##### David S.
