"Our experience was made so great by “Cindy”, the customer service was phenomenal. Upon checking in to our room, we found that our TV wasn’t working and she immediately upgraded us to another room -which was a lot bigger! It was very clean and secure. Parking was not an issue and the breakfast was delicious! We’ll definitely stay here again while visiting our daughter at school👍"

"The hotel smelled so strongly of bleach/chlorine that it made my eyes burn. The room itself was so musty that it and the chlorine smell triggered my asthma within 20 minutes of being there "

"Dirty Pool, staff not in uniform always standing in groups, a specific staff member if you asked her for anything she always responded no we dont have anything just so she can continue talking in her group of friends while wearing joggers, phone not working in room to contact desk services, They never refilled anything in the room like the toiletries, "

"Room was fine. Beds were good. Breakfast was good and staff was nice. Pool area and hot tub were very dirty looking and concerning. Very old and in bad need of a scrubbing or new paint job. And hot tub was very loud and noisy. Looked so dirty we did not want to go in."
