« We didnt stay because they didnt have a wheelchair accessible room. We had reserved that specific room. When questioned why the room wasn't available Taylor told us it was because we had reserved it through Expedia and they had "tried" to contact us. Because we had already checked in before going to the room Taylor told us he couldn't cancel because we already checked in. He said the manager would be back Mon and deal with the refund. We have not been able to get in contact with "the manager"...

« Room was dirty, sink and toilet were clogged, privates hair all over the bathroom, bugs inside. Paid extra for the fridge and it didn’t work, door didn’t have a good lock on it and made me feel unsafe since it is an outdoor entrance. There were people standing outside the door and made me feel unsafe. Saw all of this and went to the desk to say I’m not staying there because of the conditions. »
