When we checked in, the person at the counter seemed very unprofessional. She finally got our keys and wrote our room number on them. We went to the room on the 3rd floor and the keys would not work. So I went all the way back and she checked them and programmed them again. We went all the way back and this time they worked. But there was someone already in that room. So we went back again. She said that she had made a mistake and our room was a different number. Horrible experience.

Our son stayed at this hotel as he prepared to relocate to this area for his new ATC career. He knew no one but the friendly hotel staff gave him recommendations of places to eat and activities as well as more permanent housing to visit. The room was spacious and very comfortable too. Highly recommended!

Rooms are large but it smelled "moldy". Couldn't get rid of the odor and I was not discounted for the inconvenience. Also, neighbors talking loud and slamming doors all night.

Stay was fine. Poor lighting in bathroom made it tough to see for my wife to put on makeup and for me to shave. I liked the handrails in the tub as they added to the safety. Internet connection was in and out the first night but we got it going good.

I was in town for one night. The front staff was so generous and understanding when it came to our stay. The rooms were nice and clean. My only complaint is the housekeeping “lady”. She was very rude when rushing us out of our room when we had a late checkout. She was very argumentative and combative (banging on the door and forcing us out) when coming to us to address the issue. I report it to the front desk and they apologized.

we stayed nearly two weeks and only once got a knock on door from housekeeping. had to hand her our bath towels to change out. we would remove our own trash that piled up quick since we ate in often.

The check in process was really bad. We arrived around 5:30 p.m. and there were no rooms available at the time. We had to wait a long time before we were able to get our rooms. If we would have left for a bit, to go eat or something, our room would have been given to someone else. Plus when we got into the room, it stunk of marijuana and a very strong room freshener that was in the air-conditioner vent. It was so bad I got a headache.

Check in was supposed to be available at 3. I arrived at 3:30 and waited until nearly 4pm and my room was still not ready. I left and came back later that evening and someone was already in the first room I was given. After the check in process, the rest of the stay was fine, but disappointing check in process

We were here for the Eras Tour July 7-8. Understandably, all hotels were fully booked. However, I'm not sure if they were short-staffed on July 7 or not, but they were still very much struggling to clean rooms from earlier in the day. Needless to say, we did not have a room ready for us until 5:30 pm. Luckily, our concert was not until the 8th because we would not have had a room to get ready in The staff was extremely apologetic and friendly!! The hotel was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay again, I just hope the staff gets the help they need to get the rooms turned around more on time❤️

Great Location, Good Place for a Longer Stay
We stayed at this Candlewood Suites for 8 nights. I was a bit worried because I had read both good and very bad reviews during this time when they were under construction. Check in was easy. Our room was large. Our first impression was positive. We had a small kitchen in our suite which we appreciated - especially the full size refrigerator. We opened the dishwasher to find dirty dishes from the previous occupants. Not a great thing to find, but we ran the dishwasher and all was OK. For those staying here longer, remember you only get the room serviced once a week. The internet was weak - would often go in and out. The TV could have been larger. We found the bed uncomfortable. However, everything else was fine. When staff were available they were friendly and helpful. We could see they were clearly renovating (new carpets in the halls) but little noise and no real impact on our stay. There are a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance or a short drive. The location is great. We would consider staying here again.

Huge dissatisfaction
I expected better for $180 per night. This hotel offers one service per week on Wednesday only. They offer all of the towels you need but no service. It was dirty and in the process of being painted. On the second to last day, the parking lot was torn out. I will think twice before using Hotels.com again.

I asked for a quiet room and was put in a room under the stairs, by an outside door. No sleep 2 out of three nights, the staff didn’t seem to care. I finally moved into a new room the third night. Hotel is under construction so very noisy, and water was shut off one day. The staff is terrible. I would go elsewhere. Yea

Will never choose this place again.
Had a lukewarm shower and asked if I could switch rooms. They said to call later in the day and check to see if someone could look at it. Called twice, no answer. Called again later, 5 mins later they said I had hot water thankfully . Tv did not work at night (3 night stay), but would work in the morning. Window screen busted so couldn’t leave window open on such a nice day. Sheet rock dust everywhere. Cleaning staff harassed me 15 min prior to checkout time.

I have aid for my hotel with a credit card. For some reason, along with the cost of my hotel they charged my card 3 differs times. They eventually fell off. However, there was no reason for that. When I got home from my trip, I realized they also charged my debit card the full amount. Which I am still waiting to drop off a week later. The funny thing is I never gave them my debit card. So I don’t even know how that card was charged?? So they have tied up almost $800 on my cards for a 2 night stay. On top of that there is a female front desk clerk during the day that extremely rude!! Beware!! I will never stay her again!
