« When we got in the lady at the check in desk was super sweet and helpful we were able to get checked in pretty quick, our only issue was the room was very humid and smelled like carpet that had been left in the rain then left to dry. « My wife and I were assigned room 317. The room smelled damp and was not a room we could stay in. We were then assigned to room 312. The thermostat didn't work and the temperature in the room was 69 degrees. There was no way to either raise the temperature or turn off the A/C. The buffoon at the front desk said he couldn't do anything about the temperature in the room and said he would provide us more blankets. Obviously not acceptable. We were then assigned to room 318. « Ice machine broken and they didn’t even care. Floors turned soles of feet black so dirty. Advertisement breakfast ,in 11 days all they had was coffee. No house keepers and when they did show up said I’ll be back later but never came. Someone stole food and money from the room. None recovered. Cracks around tiles in bathroom lined with dirt. Horrible service »
