"It was my GF first birthday trip staying at Eaton HK hotel and it was truly an unforgettable experience! On the very first day of my stay, I was surprised to find a beautifully prepared birthday cake waiting for me in the room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel incredibly welcomed and appreciated. A big thank you to the staff Chibi Cheng, who took the time to prepare the cake, your kindness and attention to detail meant a lot to me. I also want to thank the entire team at the hotel for their warm hospitality throughout my stay."

"Room is big and very clean. Excellent location and convenient to get around as the MTR is just below the hotel. Shopping mall is just next door so its easy to get stuff anytime."

"We stayed here for a 14 hour layover between flights and it was the perfect spot. Dining options, close to the Asia Expo (I got fast food there), with a pool and spa. Super quiet with wonderful beds and a spacious bathroom. We'll stay here again if we have a long layover in the future."
