Stayed here for ten days. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable. There was not a single mosquito in my room during my entire stay. Nice pool, good breakfast selection, good food in the restaurant. Security is very tight. The hotel is located outside the city center, but it’s only 10 minutes by taxi. My room’s windows were facing west and I had the most beautiful views of the sunset every evening.

The good: its probably one of the more secure hotels. The bad: its not 4 star. By International standards its probaby 2.5 stars. The rooms are rather worn out and need a face lift. The pictures they show of the rooms must have been taken years ago just after the hotel was built.

Very pleasant stay. Some coworkers had issues checking in and out but I had booked separately through Expedia and everything worked out great. Romm was decent - towels and sheets were a bit dated & floor could use a good steam clean but the room was comfortable enough and I was able to relax. Breakfast and dinners were good as well. All around pleasant stay & when/if in Ouagadougou again this is certainly an option.

Place sucks service is terrible I paid cash for drinks and was harassed for two days with a room service bill that wasn’t mine. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Staff at reception are to slow and not proactive. Arriving at 23 h onlusten 1 person present to check the people in. The person could not find my booking with hotels.com. So I had to wait a long time to het a room .

If I had a choice would stay elsewhere
Dated hotel needs refurbishment one of the two lifts never worked and wait could be long. One small bottle of water on day one and then you had to buy additional even though you could not drink tap water. Security very tight which is not such a bad thing based on the hotel being isolated and miles from town.

Decent, safe hotel.
Hotel was pretty good. Nice pool in the back with a restaurant and bar surrounding it. The wifi was not great and dropped connections frequently. It's not conveniently close to restaurants, so unless you want to take a car, plan to eat at the hotel. Considering the price per night, I found some amenities (such as coffee service in the room and quality of towels and linens) to be underwhelming. But the decor was nice in the rooms and it was a comfortable place to stay overall. Security of the hotel was quite good.

This wasa goodexperience. The hotel is exclusive and a nice amenities. Service was great and people great you by name. I would recommend it to all. Only problem was connecting with bank card for payment of my final bill. Hotel has good transportaction to and from the airport.

Nice hotel
The property is great, the location is a bit outside the city. Its secure and has all facilities though the property looks old now. The chef is great but the other staff in the restaurant is very unresponsive. Have stayed here a lot of times before and would recommend it as its one of the better options.

Hello, I booked 4 nights at this hotel, payment was done in advance and reservation confirmed, when I reached the hotel around 3 am I was so surprised to see the hotelis closed because employees are on strike and I had to find another hotel, noone from the hotel bothered to inform me or even apologize, what s worse is that they did not refund the payment until now

Okay facility bad service
The faciltiy is okay but the staff is very incapable and rude. We booked 3 rooms and they told us that we only booked 2, though we had all 3 names registered in the system. Had to sit and argue for hours before they evetually figured it out. Dont use the phone. Even if you call the local numbers it charges you international rate for some reason.

I think this has to be the best hotel in Burkina Faso! Very clean. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Great pool and restaurants. We had an amazing stay! Felt very safe due to the high level of security measures taken to protect guests. I highly recommend this place.

Nice hotel growing older
Chose hotel for its conference facilities to hold a regional workshop. Hotel has nice infrastructure but it is aging. Use of smaller conference spaces requires transiting a large conference room, inconvenient when that room is in use. Room had a decent desk and lighting, so worked well for business use.

Enjoyed this hotel. It's definitely the best hotel in Ouagadougou from my experience. Unfortunately, however, my room had a very strong odor of perfume or cologne that never left after 2 nights. I mentioned it to the front desk, but they were evidently unable to fix the problem. Other than this, the room was very comfortable and the hotel was very nice. Great pool and outside deck!!
