10´de Granada rural area with silence and maximum tranquility where you can enjoy spectacular views of Sierra Nevada and Granada. Only 25 'from the beach and 10' 'by car from Granada. Ideal for families and couples. With pool, toy chest, children's books, games. Easy parking Perfect place for hiking. Two independent houses. The house on the second floor is intended to accommodate guests who want to know Granada. In the first I live with my daughters.

Without parking problem at the door of the apartment, there is always room. It is a villa with 700 meters of plot. It consists of two floors, the first one I live with my daughters. The second is intended to accommodate people who want to come to know Granada. It has three rooms. the main one with two beds one of marriage and another single bed. The second of the rooms with a double bed and another room with two single beds. All are very spacious, very bright exteriors. It has two bathrooms, some of them private in a double room. Equipped kitchen, living room and a large private terrace, where you can have breakfast or lunch contemplating Sierra Nevada and Granada. Our guests will enjoy free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. The house is equipped with heating for a pleasant stay in the winter season.

We are available to guests. Facilitating the arrival at the house from anywhere in the city. Upon arrival we provide maps and information of places to enjoy our city. During the stay I am available to our guests for any question. We try to make the most of Granada and its province.
Neighborhood Overview
A two minute walk you will find yourself in the center of town and find all kinds of services, health center, pharmacies, banks, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, tennis and paddle sports facilities. Beautiful municipal park with all kinds of swings for children. Also, 700 meters from the house is the Santa Clara golf course. Quiet town whose parties are celebrated on September 8, with numerous activities for both children and adults.
How to move
The town is continuously connected to the capital by bus line, every 30 or 45 minutes. There is also a taxi service in the same town.


House's rules.

-It is not allowed to smoke
-No parties or events are allowed
-Only the number of people specified in the reservation can be accommodated. Guests are not allowed to bring other people to the apartment, under any circumstances.
-The heating schedule from 7 to 9 hours, from 15 to 17 hours and from 21 to 00:00 hours. (Available from November to March).
-No parties allowed. In case the guests make them, they must leave the house immediately.
- The accommodation reserves the right of admission.
-The Civil Guard will be called immediately, in case of discussion whatever its cause or breach of any of the house rules. You must leave the house immediately.

-The pool hours are from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and from 5 p.m. to 5 p.m. (Only available from June 15 to September). It is a quiet area so you can not make noise to not disturb the neighbors. Please be quiet after 00.00 hours.

-The house is delivered completely clean and must be returned in the same way, taking care of the change of sheets and final cleaning.

-Please do not leave lights on while they are not inside the house. We want to take care of the environment.

-It is grateful to make a responsible consumption of electricity and water. Also, please notify in advance of the arrival time..

- We are not responsible for the loss or deterioration of personal items inside the home.

- Check carefully the drawers, cabinets, or other places where they have been able to deposit objects, before leaving the house. We are not responsible for sending them to your home.

- Tenants will respect the decoration of the house and, unless expressly authorized by the owner, will not introduce other furniture into the home. It is not allowed to nail or stick objects on the walls, windows, cabinets or any element of the floor (nails, alcayatas, tacos, adhesives....)

- If the tenant seriously or repeatedly breaches the obligations contained in this contract, or incur criminal liability for fault or offense, whether in the home or outside it, this contract will be terminated and therefore, you must leave the house.

Simplemente precioso
Piso precioso, vistas espectaculares de la Sierra Nevada. Cerca de Granada, acceso muy cerca de la autovía. Miriam es una anfitriona de 10. Le da un toque muy personal a cada habitación. Es muy familiar y te sientes como en casa. Lo recomiendo a todos, incluso a familias con bebés, tiene comodidad para cada necesidad. Nosotros volveremos ya que queremos hacer la visita nocturna a la Alhambra. Gracias Miriam
