We pride ourselves on cleanliness and while we know there can always be areas for improvement, we are consistently maintaining the building, both operationally and esthetically. In fact, we are currently in the preliminary planning stages of upcoming renovations. We have two on-site lots (indoor/outdoor) as well as two off-site lots. Street parking tickets are issued by the City of Gatineau, so while we unfortunately can't guarantee it, as mentioned we will be attempting to have the ticket cancelled with the city. Once we have a response from their by-law enforcement department, we will contact you to advise of the outcome. Whenever staying in a hotel, it is highly encouraged to contact the Front Desk should you have any issues as we would have been happy to review your parking options and confirmation directions to those parking on-site. Our off-site lots are located directly across the street from the back of our building and to the side of our building. Should you return to Gatineau, we hope to have the opportunity to making your next stay with us a more positive experience!.
