Lovely apartment in the center with air conditioning and balcony

In the heart of the coastal town of Otranto is the Francesca holiday home, which will leave you speechless with its modern and bright interiors. The apartment is on the first floor (with elevator) and consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, and can accommodate 3 people. The apartment, suitable for children, is also equipped with air conditioning, washing machine and television. On the balcony you can relax in the sun and eat together outdoors. A supermarket is 550 meters away, while the historic center of Otranto, with its many shops, restaurants and bars, is 350 meters away. The promenade with its sandy beaches can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.



Parking is available near the property (there is an agreement with a private car park just 200 meters away). Pets are allowed, but an extra fee needs to be paid.
