Oddly, despite everything being quite clean, the first thing that happened was I stepped on a tooth on our floor in our room. So they lose points for that. But staff was helpful and they made sure i got my camera I'd left behind when checking out.

Great location, 5 min walk from Skydrive bus from airport stop, across street from Skytower/casino, lots of nearby restaurants, about 15 min walk fyom harbour, nice heated indoor pool, comfortable beds, friendly staff
