Ideal for a weekend or a week by the sea. Please note: this is a quiet apartment, not a party venue.

The Space:
Bedrooms & living area
The bedroom has a double bed of 160 × 200 cm and blackout curtains. In the living area, a sofa bed of 140 cm sleeps 2 extra guests. Four guests sleep comfortably.
The living area is bright and open, with a sofa, a TV and a dining table. A balcony with outdoor seating is perfect for fresh air after a day at the beach.

Fully equipped, just like home
Bed linen and towels are ready for you: all you need to bring is your suitcase. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer. Cooking here is as easy as at home. The separate laundry room has a washing machine and a tumble dryer, ideal for longer stays. Air conditioning cools the apartment on warm days. A lift takes you up to the 7th floor.

Guest Access:
Arrival is fully self-service. The apartment key is in a lockbox at the postboxes outside the entrance. You receive the code in the guest app before arrival. You choose your own arrival time, no appointment needed.
You have the entire apartment to yourself, including the balcony and the laundry room. There are no shared spaces with other guests or an owner.

The Neighborhood:
You'll stay on Troonstraat in Mariakerke, a residential seaside district on the western side of Ostend, close to the football stadium. The beach and promenade are a 3-minute walk. A Delhaize supermarket is a short walk away. The centre of Ostend is about 2.5 km away, easily reached by the Coast Tram.

Getting Around:
The beach is a 3-minute walk. Coast Tram stop Mariakerke Bad is about 7 minutes on foot, with trams along the whole Belgian coast. The centre of Ostend is about 2.5 km away by tram, bike or car.
Parking: there is no private parking. Street parking is paid during the day (max. 4 hours). Parking Searena (Northlaan 13) is a few minutes walk away, max. €15 per 24 hours.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. Earlier or later on request, when possible.
A security deposit of €300 applies to this stay. A few days before arrival we place a temporary hold (pre-authorisation) on your card; nothing is charged. The hold is kept for up to 5 days after check-out and then released automatically if there is no damage; for longer stays the hold may be renewed.
We may ask for a valid ID on arrival.
Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours from 22:00, out of respect for the neighbours.
Smoking indoors is not allowed. Pets are not allowed.
Only registered guests may stay overnight, with a maximum of 4 guests.
The apartment is on the 7th floor, with a lift.

Waste: the waste room is on the ground floor. Go through the other glass door opposite the main entrance, it is the first door on the left. Please take the key with you.
Bed linen and towels are included.
