It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. It would be good to provide the breakdown or receipt; 2) Toilet doors need better insulation, it gets loud for the person in the room (trying to sleep) when someone is showering."
