Super enjoyable stay!
We stayed for a weekend and had tons of things to do! Great restaurants near by, fishing, and of course all the activities at the house to do! Very easy to communicate with property managers. Overall I’d strongly recommend staying here and I look forward to coming up again!

Great Family Getaway
We just stayed the weekend with our adult children and grandchildren. The place was clean and big enough for the 12 of us, plus a few dogs. The kitchen was well stocked and worked out well for the group. We especially loved having the basement den/game room. The owners answered quickly to a few texted questions. We would recommend!

Family Friendly Getaway
We booked the WolfDen for a Packers game and family Thanksgiving dinner. Great location, great activities for kids and adults, and very responsive owners/ property managers. We’d book again for sure!

Oshkosh Wedding Get-together
There were 4 couples, all aunts and uncles who got together to celebrate a nephew’s wedding. The house was very comfortable and spacious. We cooked dinner and everything we needed was available. Beds were comfortable and all rooms were clean. Highly recommend this for large groups!

Met every expectation!
The previous reviews are all very true! Kids and adults all enjoyed the ping pong, air hockey, bean bags, fire pits, etc. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and never, ever have we stayed in one this clean! Sheets, comforters all washed and very clean, mattress pad was clean (noticed when we took sheets off to leave), counters were clean, corners were clean, literally everything! I have been so grossed out at rental homes before and never felt that way in this home! The decorations were adorable and made it feel like home! The owners were extremely responsive and even got us in fast when we locked ourselves out on accident! We have family in the area and we really hope this home is available next year when we come back! Thank you so much for letting us use your home! You take such good care it and we loved it!!

AMAZING place!!
I have stayed in a lot of VRBO's through the years. This is one of the most well-appointed I've ever been in. You could basically just bring your clothes and be set. It is such a comfortable, welcoming place. It is perfect for any large group...one that wants to relax, kayak, lounge, have a fire and/or one that wants to be more festive (we did both). Communication was fantastic as well. I could not recommend this place more highly!

Family Wedding Visit
We were in OshKosh attending a wedding, and had family arriving from multiple locations. This rental was a short drive from downtown OshKosh and convenient to many amenities. It was well stocked with everything that you would possibly need. There was plenty of towels and extra bedding. All of the rooms/beds were clean and comfortable. The house had several large family rooms which were great for spreading out and relaxing. We had 8 adults staying at the property and we never felt like we didn’t have some place to spread out if you needed some quiet space. The outdoor space and kayaks were a plus. Thoroughly enjoyed our time. Highly recommend!

Great stay
the property its self was perfect for our usage. We planned a Guys only trip to this location. the game room on the bottom floor was well utilized and the main reason for the decision to rent this particular house. our only hiccup which is no fault of the owner is that this rental is on an inlet to the lake which became full of seaweed and other stuff, which made it difficult for out Jet Skis to get from the house to the lake and vise versa. the neighbor was super friendly and helped us tow the jet skis when the got stuck. I would highly recommend this rental.

The WolfDen Is Awesome.
The WolfDen was beyond our expectations. A perfect family getaway. There was nothing, I mean nothing, that wasn't there to make our stay fantastic. Lake Winnebago is HUGE. The farmer's market in Oshkosh was nothing short of spectacular. Plenty to do at the house. Communication with our hosts was A++++.The Laboy's know how to do it right.

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time. There was so much to do in the house that we really didn't have to leave. It was close to many good restaurants and the lake. We took 3 boats that all fit at the boat dock out back. Fishing wasn't so good but the girls had fun tubing. My son and grandson went kayaking. I would stay here again. The owner was very accessible.

This place is great, has everything I could have asked for including a great location with respect to distance to attractions/ things to do and distance to Lake Winnebago while still being protected. Would have a hard time recommending this place enough.

Wonderful time!
The Wolf Den is by far the best home our family has rented for our annual reunion. In addition to the beautifully designed and decorated house, the owners have filled it with entertainment for all. Our family loved the ping pong table and corn hole boards! We had several tournaments over the course of our stay. The location is also a bonus. We were able to travel into Oshkosh within 15 minutes and access a spot for fishing within a 3 minute drive! Overall, this home definitely earns 5 stars for a spectacular vacation. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Girls Weekend
This was a great house for our group of bowling women! Everything we needed, plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. Lots of space to play games together. Beds were super comfortable! Would definitely stay here when we are in the area again!

Relaxing family fun
The house is well designed and has everything you need for a fun relaxing stay. The downstairs is a great place for fun. The bedrooms were very comfortable for rest. There was lots of space for the six of us and the house was well stocked. We didn’t utilize the yard due to the cold time of year but the backyard also looked like a place set up for summer fun.

Perfect Getaway
Property was as advertised. Came for a guys weekend ice fishing trip and the basement Rec room was a hit. Not on the lake but only about a 1/4 mile from the boat landing for easy access. Ample sleeping and parking for everyone.

Great stay for the holidays

Wonderful weekend stay
Came into town for a graduation at Marian University. We found this location that could accommodate all of us, and was super close in distance. The property was spacious and very family friendly. The owners were very organized in sending out an informational PDF about the property and were very easy to get a hold of if we had additional questions. Would highly recommend staying here!

Family Thanksgiving
We rented this house so we could gather as a family for Thanksgiving since our daughter and son-in-law just moved to the area and live in a small apartment. This house was perfect for us the grandparents loved fireplace in the living room and the younger adult enjoyed all of the activities of the basement. The owners of this property have done a great job thinking of everything. There was 8 of us and we were all very comfortable here!

Greenbay fan weekend
We had a wonderful time visiting with family and attending the Greenbay/Cowboy game. Black wolf was the perfect location for us. The house is a wonderful place to stay with family. The large spaces and the play room downstairs were particularly fun while watching our other football games. Beautiful grounds and great location rounded out a great weekend.

Best Stay Ever
Very well-appointed, comfortable, and exactly as described. My favorite parts were the stream with little fishies out back, the cozy carpet that felt so good on your feet, and all of the super soft and comfy textures. Beautiful home with lots to do
We met other family members here and had a lot of fun playing games and catching up. The weather was horrible so we weren’t able to be outdoors. With the game room and large table space, we had plenty to keep us entertained. We would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway!
This is a wonderful house for a family get together. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed! We also enjoyed the amenities, including the grill and patio overlooking the water, the games downstairs, and the open concept living area. Check in was easy and communication was prompt. Was a very pleasant Labor Day weekend with family. We had 2 school aged children and 2 toddlers with 5 adults. Everyone slept comfortably. Pack n plays fit in master closet. Layout was open. Great basement space for lounging. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Made a fire all 3 nights, firewood supplied. Kayaks in garage for the lake inlet. TJs harbor restaurant 0.5 miles away with great food. Plenty to do - 15 min to osh kosh or fon du lac ( jet skis, boats, playgrounds, etc). Even supplied s’mores and campers pie irons! Owners were great, quick communication, no issues whatsoever.

What a beautiful home and such welcoming hosts! Flawless from booking to checkout. House is FULLY appointed!!! Had everything and more than we needed for a great family gathering of 20 something's to our 80 year old mom! Kayaks, fire pit, easy access to the lake, pool table, ping pong, fenced grass area for the fur family, upper and lower deck, comfy beds and TV's for everyone!!! Highly recommend!!! Thank you for such a welcoming and relaxing experience!

Awesome spot
This was an amazing vacation. I love that the owners have thought of everything from cooking oils, spices and coffee to napkins, beach towels, shampoos and body wash. We had a blast playing all the games and hanging out by the fire pit. Love that there are many areas in the house and outside to hang out. We had 11 people in our group, and there was plenty of space for everyone! Great time.

The kids’ “favorite house”
This house was perfect for our two families. We used it as home base to venture out to Oshkosh, Green Bay, Milwaukee and Sheboygan. It was clean and nothing was in disrepair. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels, a gas grill, fire pit, and well stocked pantry. We all enjoyed the ping pong table! The kids declared it to be their favorite rental house :) Thanks Dawn!

Awesome Place!
Overall this place was amazing! The only thing I would change would be to add some basic fishing gear. The lake was ices over and wouldn't have been able to use it, but for people that come when the lake isn't frozen.
